About Me

Hello! I’m Liz. I am a 30-something working mom. Wife. Daughter. Sister. Friend.

I’m a licensed Paramedical Aesthetician and Certified Phlebotomist who focuses on Health and Wellness…oh, and did I mention I have enough nursing prerequisites to last me a lifetime? (I may have been down that path a time or two).

But beyond all these hats I wear, my number one pursuit is cultivating energy and feeling my best so I can transform into my best self, keep up with busy schedules and still have some gas left in the tank for my kiddos, husband, family & friends. And for myself…

…You see, if you’re struggling physically, mentally or spiritually…running on low if you will, life starts to feel overwhelming. And how can you be the best version of yourself if you feel like you’re drowning in this thing called life?

Symptoms usually present like this: chronic fatigue, brain fog, lack of motivation, poor sleep quality or unable to fall asleep and stay asleep, irritable, extreme mood swings, low energy and a general feeling of conflict between your mind, body and soul.

We know that all the systems of the body are connected, so let’s figure out what’s balanced and help correct the imbalances. I will show you how to balance your overall health through nutrition, discovering your optimal hormone levels, reducing inflammation within the body and strengthening the mind-body connection. BALANCE IS KEY!

You see, I’ve been to depths of the lowest of the lows, in terms of my mental, physical and spiritual health, and have fought hard and continue to fight my way to the top. I believe getting to the top of the highest mountain is this ongoing journey called life, and you get to choose how you climb that mountain. Please join me on this journey as I talk about obstacles I faced, solutions I found, the strategies I implemented and now, what I know to be true.

Life is good and you get to choose how to live it! I believe in the Grace of God. Faith. Love. Transformation. I believe in the miracles of life. New beginnings.

Letting go of the past. Fresh starts. Hard work. Being the person God created and intended you to be. Growth. Ever changing. Open mind. Open heart. Desire for change & growth. Utilizing your God given talents and creating a body and soul to allow for that. The belief that a better life and a better YOU simply lies in the belief that it’s possible and once you begin to believe, the world you want becomes a reality. Hope is one of humankind’s greatest force.

Opportunity is all around you. Positive thoughts yield positive results…believe that the universe is a reflection of yourself and life is on your side. When you think you’ve done all you can do, you haven’t even scratched the surface – there is always another way.

Life is sacred. Life itself is grace, never take a moment for granted. The little things aren’t little – they’re the moments that make up your life. There is strength in change and growth in transformation – the life you have led up until this point doesn’t have to define you and determine your future self. Find the things that fill your soul. Believe you are blessed. If you dream big and believe it will happen, anything is possible. Friendship is an honor and privilege. Believe that the best is yet to come!

Be the light: Matthew 5:14
